Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may take up to 5 business days to process.
  • Estimated Dispatch Time:
    • Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
    • Customised outfits: 7-10 business days
  • You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
  • A standard shipping charge of ₹250 applies to orders below this value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional charge of ₹99.

Delivery Partners & Tracking

We ship via trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC to ensure timely and secure deliveries. You can track your order using the tracking link provided via email/SMS.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Unexpected Delays: In case of delays due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues, we may notify you immediately.
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the delivery may be delayed or canceled.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding to international markets soon.
